Class 2 Truck Licence
Recently completed your Class 1 Licence?
Once you have held your Class 1 full licence for 6 months you are eligible to sit your class 2 learner licence.
To gain your class 2 learner licence you must pass a 35 question multiple choice theory test at AA or VTNZ. We can help you prepare for this test.
On Demand Training offers Class 2 Driver Training which includes training to get your class 2L. Once you have the class 2L you can book in for your class 2 full licence training without any wait time on your learner licence.

Class 4 Truck Licence
Recently completed your Class 2 Licence?
Did you know: If you are over 25 years old you only have to wait 3 months before you can sit your class 4 full licence with an approved course provider. If you are under 25 you must wait 6-months.
There is no theory test to gain your class 4 learner licence. Visit a VTNZ, complete an application and pay the fee and you will have your class 4L.
On Demand Training offers Class 4 Driver Training. Once you have the class 4L reach out to us to book in for your class 4 full licence training without any wait time on your learner licence.

These micro-credential qualifications are run by Ia Ara Aotearoa NZ to help truck drivers develop their knowledge and skills while working towards an NZQA recognised qualification.
