10851: Operate a powered industrial lift truck fitted with forks. Level 3, Credits: 7.
Once successfully completed, all NZQA credits are reported on your record of learning with NZQA.

1 day - Adult Operator Course
$250 + GST
Add the F endorsement for a total cost of $300 + GST (1 day course)
Add the forklift attachments course for a total cost of $400 + GST (2 day course)
Add the forklift attachments and safety platform course for a total cost of $480 + GST (3 day course)
$230 + GST. This is for operators that already hold Unit Standard 10581 are renewing their forklift licence.
Prices include all course study material and tuition fees.
